Today is Saturday which means it's time for the weekly DFC gallery. Without any unnecessary boring ado, let's move on to the staple of this post. It goes without saying that it is NSFW.
Japanese TV shows will never stop amazing me. This one is particularly creepy. However, participants are the only ones who are scared. Viewers are likely to laugh their heads off. At least I did. This show revolves around, or rather in, a kotatsu-like table. Participants put their legs under this table and they have to guess what's hidden there. Try to imagine you were in their shoes, though they're not wearing any, and stepped on something wet and slimy, or sharp. Sounds scary, doesn't it?
An amazing NND artist, marasy, has performed a piano cover for a crazily fast Vocaloid song The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku. I don't have much to say about it. Just that it's amazing and that the plush monkey sitting atop the piano looks funny ^^

Today, I finally got a notice that informed that I can set out for a very short trip to the post office to pick up my copy of Silent Bible. I like it, but it will not become my top 1 Nana's single. Nevertheless, the cover looks absolutely amazing. I think it may be my favorite Nana CD cover so far. White gown suits Nana very, very well, and make her look as if she was an angel. In addition, the silvery flower and ribbon in Nana's hair... It leaves me speechless. The dark background creates a lovely contrast between itself and Nana. Simply, it's magical!
Silent Bible, the main song of this single and also the song with fastest tempo I think. The refrain of Silent Bible has a fast, rhythmical beat that is very catchy. It's undoubtedly the best part of the song. There's also quite a lot of my favorite Nana's long vibratos in this song.
Some aspects of the melody of Polaris seems to have something in common with some hip-hop songs. But it may be just my imagination. Overall, it's a nice relaxing song.
UNCHAIN WORLD is well-paced and the music is rather chaotic. Amidst all the disorder emerges Nana's high-pitched voice and there are a few nice passages where the music calms down and Nana demonstrates the ethereal magic of her singing voice.
The last song "undercover" hasn't made any strong impression on me. I expected the last song to be very different from others. For example a cheerful song like DISCOTHEQUE or RUSH&DASH!. "undercover" may be a nice, average song, but after the three previous songs on this single, I felt as if this one brought nothing new to amaze me with.

Shirai Kuroko by makacoon. This picture is great. Kuroko in speed skating uniform looks absolutely gorgeous. But I believe she would rather see it on Mikoto.
I've been at home with bronchitis for a while and I've been bored for some time. That's why I decided to try making a translation for this crazy song from Umineko Image Album Rokkenjima in LOVE called Egurite☆. The initial reason was that I couldn't find any English translation of this perfect song that cannot be fully appreciated without understanding the lyrics. Do you wonder why? That's because the cute musical aspect of this song is in high contrast with the lyrics. The lyrics are cruel and quite creepy. But funny. I hope you like it.

Another creation of mine. Again, it's a very short video and this time it's featuring Haruhi as the main character. Now, go for a strike, Haruhi! We all know you can do it. As long as something mysterious is involved, you'll get pumped up and knock everything down. That's clear like the fact that Mikuru has big eyes.
Do you recognize the symbol on the floor? If you've watched Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha, you should, because it's Midchilda's magical circle. As for the wall behind the pins, it's the symbol of Ushiromiya family from Umineko, the One-winged Eagle. Furthermore, have you noticed Beatrice's reflection in the glass? ^^
The sound effect I've used comes from Umineko visual novel. Maybe it isn't really fitting to the video, but I like it.
The exact date of broadcast start has been announced. It starts on April 6, in the dead of night at 1:25 AM, on TBS channel.
K-ON! is following Hayate no Gotoku's style of naming seasons, so the second season will get one more exclamation mark, thus "K-ON!!". I wonder if we'll see K-ON!!!!! one day ^^
Even though I can still see snow when I look out of the windown, it's the time of year to have a look what anime are awaiting us in April, on the Spring roster. As usual, huge thanks goes to Denizen for devoting his time to creating the line-up image.
I've known for some time that Spring has some nice anime in store, which I'm looking forward to. My most anticipated series is, of course, nothing else but the sequel of K-ON! ^^

K-ON! Season 2 It's probably not necessary to talk much about this. Simply, K-ONbu will be in action again. Some people will be loving it again; others will be flaming hate and curse KyoAni for making the sequel. ４月、楽しみにします！
Angel Beats! The story is written by Maeda Jun from Key, who is responsible for tears of countless people due to his previous works such as Clannad and Air. This fact alone sets the hopes of this anime very high. The story of Angel Beats! portrays a battle between Angels and SSS members that takes place in the world after death. I don't really get the concept yet, but it surely is promising. What's more, the animation looks amazing. This promo video will make you sure of it.
Kiss x Sis A story about a boy who has two stepsisters who are both in love with him. Moreover, they make sexual attempts on him. Maybe it won't be far from reality to call it sexual assaults. However, that applies to the three OAV episodes that have been released so far. This is a TV series adaptation after all, so they might cut down on the ero-level. Alternatively, censors might ruin it with foam scenes and other even stranger scenes. That woudl be worse. As long as they maintain the jokes, I don't mind reducing the ero-level a bit.

Senko no Night Raid Second of Tokyo TV's "Anime no Chikara" project. The setting looks interesting so I will give it a test try.

Mayoi Neko Overrun! A boy living with not-related-by-blood older sister, who runs a confectionary store and one day picks up a mysterious bishoujo? Sounds fun! Though, I think it will be an ordinary harem anime. But who said I don't like ordinary harem anime?
The promo video is funny. It's full of nyaaing cats.
As for the new OVAs, I will definitely watch Nodame Cantabile and Black Rock Shooter. Maybe I will check out Gundam Unicorn, too.
Well, that's my line-up for now, but of course, it's subject to changes so I might check out something else too if people talk a lot of positives about it ^^
Two significant events fall on today, The Chinese New Year and the Valentine's Day. The chance of this happening is about 1 to 30. In other words this is once in thirty years occurrence. Quite rare, isn't it? So, Happy Chinese New Year and also Happy Valentine's Day.
On another note, I've been sick since earlier this week and I'm on antibiotics. Fortunately, my head doesn't hurt and I don't have sore throat, either. Still, I feel a bit tired.
On yet another note, the Olympics have begun. It began with two failures: one funny - torch failure - and one tragic. It's sad that one's great effort can lead to such a harsh, untimely death.
Nevertheless, I hope this will be good Olympics. What I'm most interested in is definitely ice hockey and speed skating, and I hope for some medals for the Czech Republic in these events. Unfortunately, I think I'll have to watch the ice-hockey games the next day on a TV repeat due to the time zone difference.

I finally got around to take some photos of Luka Nendoroid yesterday. As soon as I saw her draft, I knew I had to get her. She looks really lovely, I must say. Without any further ado, here come the pics.
The basic face is real cute. Her eyes look like small pools. What's interesting is that her face parts are covered with some tiny glittering grains; however, it is not visible in the photos.
Epic Nendoroid Puchi Tako Luka comes as a very pleasant, adorable extra.
Double Lariat face is purely epic. And when you pile up Tako Lukas atop her head, the splendor level rises over 9000 ^^
Finally, Luka's singing expression. She must be singing some honeyed song, because her face is extremely sweet.
Luka comes with three additional interchangeable arms and one interchangeable leg, making up to the total of 5 arms and 3 legs.
Puchi Tako Luka's front tentacles are movable. Furthermore, her face part is interchangeable with other Puchi Nendoroids.
