It's the New Year now, which means that it's time for the ISML 2010 Nomination Phase. It lasts from January 1 to January 7, so make sure you don't forget about it and vote for your favorite moe characters. You can write up to 12 names. Or should I rather say "only 12"? At any rate, make sure that the characters you choose aren't already at the list of auto-qualifiers. That way, your vote would go to waste.
